Coaching begins with a partnership meeting and feedback session, incorporating tools like 360° assessments to provide a clear snapshot of the leader’s current state. Together, the leader and coach co-create a personalized leadership development plan, tailoring sessions to address specific goals. Through this customized approach, leaders build self-awareness, cultivate purpose-driven leadership, and develop the skills needed to thrive in today’s dynamic environments.

Teamwork Coaching

Peer Group Coaching
Peer coaching in leadership development fosters collaborative problem-solving by leveraging group wisdom to address challenges creatively. Over 12 facilitated sessions, participants present challenges, engage in open-ended inquiry, and practice deep listening and reflection. This dynamic process helps leaders uncover innovative solutions, build emotional intelligence, and develop new perspectives on complex issues. Peer coaching also enhances coaching skills, encouraging creativity and reducing reactivity, which strengthens leadership effectiveness and team collaboration. This transformative approach equips leaders with tools to thrive in diverse and evolving professional environments.

1 - Leadership Circle Profile (LCP 360)
The Leadership Circle Profile® (LCP) provides a detailed snapshot in time, enabling leaders to answer the question: “How are my behaviors and mindset enabling or constraining my intended leadership impact and our business performance?”
The Leadership Circle Profile is the only instrument that measures the two primary leadership domains — Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies. It measures underlying beliefs and assumptions—the habits of thought that run much of our behavior. As leaders gain these insights, they have much higher leverage to make transformative change.
What is a 360° Leadership Assessment?
Unlike a typical leadership assessment, a 360° leadership assessment gathers feedback from people at all levels in the organization with a relevant perspective on the participant’s leadership ability – bosses, associates, and peers, and direct reports. They evaluate the participant’s leadership skills, attitudes, influence, overall effectiveness, and other key leadership competencies. Leadership Circle Profile is unique because it is the only 360° assessment that measures Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies, combining leadership’s inner and outer attributes. This 360-degree assessment feedback gives the leader greater insight into how they are perceived, including strengths and current limitations in their leadership effectiveness.
2 - LINC Personality Profiler (LPP)

The LPP is a personality test that measures personality holistically: Character, motives, and competencies. It is based on the standard psychological model for personality: the BIG FIVE.
