One of the key necessities of being a Leadership and Life Coach is to build personal inner strength for grounding and showing up authentically and with purpose in each aspect of my life. Meditation (Stillness Practice and much more) does that for me. With that being said, five years ago, I probably couldn’t keep myself still for more than five seconds.
How did I learn to become still, centered, and conscious of a purpose-driven path toward life and profession? Two steps that can come to mind - Begin and Practice. With mindfulness (the state (awareness) you achieve through meditative and stillness practices), you can learn to slow down, reflect, question with curiosity, and become intentional with all your goals.
