Twice a day during heavy work blocks, soften your gaze and consciously expand your peripheral vision — taking in the far left and far right of the room simultaneously. This simple shift physically signals to your nervous system that there is no immediate threat. Do it for 30 seconds.
Extend your exhale
When pressure mounts, breathe in through your nose for 4 slow counts. Then blow out through gently pursed lips for 8 counts. Do 4 rounds. This rebalances your CO₂ baseline and moves you out of the sympathetic stress loop — in under two minutes.
