The journey begins with a partnership meeting and a feedback session, where the leader and coach collaboratively outline an initial plan tailored to the leader's needs. This often includes a 360° assessment, followed by a debrief that provides a snapshot of the leader’s current state. Together, they then design a personalized leadership development plan that serves as the foundation for their work. Subsequent sessions focus on various aspects of the developmental goals, guided by an agenda co-created in partnership.

Peer coaching invites participants to tap into the collective wisdom of the group, fostering new, creative, and innovative solutions that begin with a question or challenge. Our approach incorporates various resources and models to create a rich learning experience for all members.
In a typical peer coaching engagement, a coach facilitator leads a series of 6-12 sessions where participants take turns presenting meaningful challenges they wish to explore collaboratively. The process encourages inquiry through open-ended questions and creates spaces for deep listening and reflection, allowing for pauses that promote new perspectives. This openness helps leaders develop fresh approaches to their challenges. Additionally, participants enhance their coaching skills, becoming more creative and less reactive, which adds depth to their leadership and collaboration with others.
