My name is Neelam Samant. It took me nearly 44 years to understand that creating and living a beautiful life feels meaningless without a sense of purpose. I worked towards finding my purpose through a 4 year journey and very much appreciated the wisdom and creativity filled people that walked in my life to help along the way.
As a part of that journey, I decided to put a period of my social, familial, and culturally influenced life and restart a life with Freedom, Authenticity, Impact, Transformation, and Holistic Connection. Along with that came a shift from 22+ years of Corporate Finance Leadership experience towards helping people through Life & Leadership Coaching. That is what I do today.
I am a Professional Certified Life and Leadership Coach (PCC), accredited with International Coaching Federation (ICF). I help individuals who want to work towards building a capacity for a highest version of themselves. These are folks that are currently surrounded and restricted by their limiting beliefs, feeling stuck, losing courage to explore more fulfilling careers and ways of living, or simply not able to understand and express what they are feeling and living in suffering.
I know what it is to feel like that and I have helped individuals overcome these challenges though a practice of over 750 hours to date. You have all the strength and skills needed, currently inside you, you just need a trusted, empathetic, and trained coach to help you through it.
